Interesting Pick up at Barnes and Noble is:

Kodachrome: The American Invention of our Worlds 1939-1959. The lead
in by A.d.Coleman is garbage but the next lead in has the details
about Kodachrome which is interesting. Great Yellow knew that
Kodachrome had amazing durability if stored in the dark but didn't
make it a marketing ploy because their other color products were
abysmal by comparison - they chose NOT to highlight the durability of
one product to foster the sales of another - interesting business
acumen.
