I think I bought Vuescan the day, or the day after I downloaded it. Incidentally when I use Vuescan I use it with the setting 'flat'. I.e. I don't do any colour balance, sharpening, grain reduction etc. I do all of this in Photoshop. This gives initial images that appear low in contrast but all the information seems to be there. Does anyone else use Vuescan in this way? Incidentally, does anyone know if Hamrick offers student discount as well? :-) Simon Stevens - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
