Subject: Re: [Leica] Do I need a 'slim' filter for a 24mm elmarit?

Eric:

I used just regular red, orange and yellow 55mm filters on the 24mm without
problem. The red was a Canon filter, the yellow some off brand, and the
orange a Hoya filter.

Test fit the filters before you buy. If the ring is too big in diameter,
the hood does not fit on.

Regards,

Robert
