I have dealt with Rich Pinto and all that has been said about him is true. I can and do recommend Sam Shoshan at www.classicconnection.com as being equally nice, helpful and knowledgeable I have had great dealings with Glazer's in Seattle - Russ Sherrill (sp?) is their leica person but found on my one time to the store that the folks behind the counter were ALL very knowledgeable. When I hear the horror stories of people buying from stores featured in Shutterbug - like Abes of Maine, etc I don't understand when there are so many great people out there. Before I forget I also had good dealings with Central Camera in Chicago - still family owned after a bazillion years in business.
