Understood. Actually I've been here a while, but I'm still not an American
citizen. I'm saving up for a boat, but I don't think I'll ever be able to
afford a VOTE here that does any good. I didn't mean to denigrate the great
nation of Canada, but I believe in professional diplomats. And when Celucci
left, you would have thought he had been named Treasury secretary, instead
of running out of town before his record bit him in the behind.
