The lens head separates from the mount at the black band behind the iris ring. Make sure the part of
the mount behind the black band does NOT turn with the head. It will turn c.1.5 revs and stop. Do
not force beyond this point. Turn it back in and hold tight while you turn the head only (in front
of the band). This may take some doing if the head and mount are together tightly.
