Anyway Alt1 is quite amazing that with so many people in the frame, only one face is blocked. Something was happening to the right side of the frame that caught everyone's attention. Caption is probably incorrect ( 25mm ASPH Summicron ?). The mood is also more festive that the Main, with people smiling, laughing, together with the saxophonist, and the heart shaped dahlia display. The Main has that man staring at you; very strong. Is the man on the right foreground the accordionnist ? Marionnaud makes me think of these dancers as marionnettes. Thanks for another installment from the Paris shoebox. - - Phong > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of Steve > Unsworth > Sent: Monday, November 04, 2002 6:11 PM > To: LUG > Subject: [Leica] Steve Unsworth PAW week 42 > > > Taken about 100 metres from the flat. > > As the description on the page says, I'd been taking some shots of 'Les > amis du dahlia' (basically people wearing flowers).
