Subject: [Leica] M5 loading

I second Greg's comments on M5 loading. But the M5 take-up spool also has a built-in
flaw: those individual petals are prone to working loose after several years of use,
necessitating replacement of the entire take-up spool. If you plan to be a dedicated
M5 user, buy yourself a spare take-up spool (they pull out easily, like M2/M3
spools).

IMHO, this is the camera's sole flaw. The body is big enough to not need a rapid
winding baseplate accessory.
