Was your wash water at the same temperature as the processing solutions and measured by the same thermometer? Having suffered through several rolls of reticulated Tri-X a few years ago - the result of a thermometer that decided to read sveral degrees low), I find myself paranoid on the subject of thermometer accuracy.
