My firewall software detected a:
W32/Bugbear@MM
in letters sent from accounts:
abridge@panix.com
wp.loehndorf@globalsign.net

Conclusion is: knowing the way this virus spreads itself, the real
virus source is person, who has both those email addresses in their
addres box and is running a Windows machine with Outlook. Please,
anyone who might it be, check your computer. This is a valuable clue :)
Here is a Bugbear removal tool:

Have a nice hunting! :)
