First, resign yourself to the fact that you can never have too many bags ;-). The Domke 803 is good, as you already know. Also look at the Domke F3X, which some prefer. I use one for a small SLR outfit but it would also be a good bag to work out of with an M outfit. One that I haven't seen mentioned is the M Classics bag. I have one of these in black, and like it a lot. http://www.mclassics.com.
