hey mon ami, stand loose and enjoy the shoot !  Sounds like a wonderful
assignment and I wish you well as I know you'll do just fine. :-)

Just don't get too tangled in all the equipment, however I know exactly why
all the gear, as this will be a healthy amount of people and things
happening quickly and everywhere that requires fast manual focus and shutter
trigger finger. It's just my cup of tea, so if you find you need a support
member fire two red flares, I'm on the next plane and I'll the guys to do a
low pass and I'm out about 300 feet, quick release and hit the ground
running  and cameras firing ala motor drive action! ;-)

Relax and enjoy shooting a wonderful life moment!
