"Think PlayStation," bellows Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) during a key action sequence in the director Rob Cohen's "XXX." This is perhaps the silliest movie ever to certify the arrival of a major star since, well, "The Fast and the Furious," the last Cohen-Diesel collaboration. They've become the Kurosawa-Mifune of the Mountain Dew Generation, which is half a compliment — but only half."
