Subject: [Leica] Continuing to catch up--Nathan's PAW 28 and 29

In week 28 I discovered Luzern, a beautiful town only about 1 hour from
where I live. I have no idea why I have not gone there before, but
better late than never. It is very touristy, and there are a lot of
postcard-perfect shots to be had, so I looked for something different.
The results are here:

(both taken with M6+35mm Summilux on Ilford Delta 100)

The following week nothing special happened, so I just took some
pictures around the lakefront in or near my town, Herrliberg. I guess
they fit in with the "where we live" project, although it is not the
correct week. Anyway, the first picture is from a snack bar on the beach
a few hundred metres from my house. I walk along the lake with my dog
twice a day, and in the afternoon I somehow always end up at this
place...besides friendly staff, they have the good sense to stock Faxe,
one of my favourite Danish beers. Here is one of my friends there
opening a bottle of wine for another customer:

There are always a bunch of motorcycles parked nearby, and even though I
would never actually buy a Harley, I enjoy looking at them:

(the self-portrait in the chrome is intentional)

Finally, a lot of people go fishing in the lake, but the funny thing is
that in my 2 1/2 years here I have never seen anyone actually pull a
fish out of the water. I liked the juxtaposition of the statue and the
relaxed fisherman. His pose indicates that any action on the fishing
front is not imminent... The picture was taken in the neighbouring town
of Meilen, about 4 km from my place:

All three week 29 pictures with the M6+50mm Summilux on Ilford Delta
100.

and comments and critique are always welcome and appreciated.
