Often it's a terrible time in their lives with emotions so powerful that either they are etched on their faces or buried so deeply that nothing shows. Please do not take this as a criticism of anyone's work. It's not meant that way. Just reinforcing B. D.'s thoughts on what an expression - or lack of same - might mean.
