Bonsoir,

  Anyone going to Victoria should stop at Roger s Chocolates on
Government street near the parliament.  Wonderful choice of chocolates,
including the famous Victoria creams.  Vanilla and Rhum are to die for. 
Perfect with a nice cognac while watching Casablanca for the x time.
