A couple of years ago I had Gerry at Kindermann s actually repair my 1933 Leica III (camera was about 65 years old). Last month he performed a CLA on my 1972 ish M5. This is what attracts me to the brand...the possibility to get the thing repaired. These cameras have a very long life expectancy, therefore they are rather inexpensive on the long run. Now let s see those Canon A-1or EF users, who bought them around 1980, get their cameras repaired in 2045. Best, Robert (Un chevalier sans blason) P.S. How many companies allow you to use on a new camera a lens they produced 70 years before? ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
