I looked foward to seeing the great southwest on Amtrak, but at $1,600 
versus the $238 I paid for plane fare, it's no contest. Next year, I'll 
drive back to California in the SUV and take some shots.

I can take a cruise to Jamaica for $400 and they serve lobster. 
Unfortunately, the scenery isn't all that great for shooting. Why can't 
Amtrak do it right WITH government help?
