Best shot of the bunch.  I would have cropped some of the background out for
more focus on his face and what he is working on.  Some bend of the knees
[thanks, Ted!] would have also helped.

I would have bent my knees and come around for a 3/4 shot to get more of his
face.

Unfortunate about the flare.  Looks like the shot was pre-focused on the
belt sander; I would have focused on his nose or glasses frame and used
upper body weave to keep him focused until the snap.

Second runner up, in my opinion.  Nice bokeh and good figure/ground
relationship.  I may have pulled back a little to get more in the shot, as a
frame of reference.
