Gee eh, three out of four seems a reasonable number for not getting one at the moment. ;-) Never mind, when I win the lottery I'll get you a couple. ;-) What the heck eh, what are friends for anyway but to help each other. Right? ;-) I haven't noticed any flare as you mention, but then I never noticed it that much with the M6 either and if I did, I just did whatever it was I did and the flare went away. :-) I think I just tilted the camera slightly and it was gone. But none whatsoever with the M7. Have folks reported having flare ? In case there were any bugs in the first M7 I received I sprayed the camera inside and out with DDT, so hopefully it'll be "bug free!" ;-) ted Ted Grant Photography Limited www.islandnet.com/~tedgrant - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
