Thanks for the decypherment. However, in the end, confusing the uninitiated is what it is all about, whether intentional or not. That is why Liberal Arts types find dealing with engineering and science and math types so frustrating: we are trained to COMMUNICATE, where these other guys appear trained to obfuscate. I am retired from the US Army Reserve, and spent 4 years active, 4 years in the Guard, and 12 in the Reserves. I never did use acronyms ....
