They are really quite different. The magnification of the 21 finder 
is greater in the first place. Secondly,the 15mm finder shows about 5 
to 10 degrees more than the 21 finder, discounting the frame lines. 
Thirdly, the portion of the view in the 21 finder that is beyond the 
frame lines is much more distorted and shows a lot more aberrations 
than the same area on the 15 finder.

They are quite different finders.
