Hello LUGgers!

I've been unsubscribed for some time but I have been following your 
shenanigans by reading the archives. I see little has changed. ; >)

I have an OT question that some of you may be able to answer.
I want to send some funds to an individual in England to purchase soem 
enlarger parts. The amount is small (@$80) and the charges for bank 
transfers and international money orders are prohibitive.

How does a Paypal transfer work for this? Has anyone done this?
I've not found any information about international fees on the Paypal 
site.

Any other ideas?
