I've been shooting street shots in Paris on and off for the last 3 years
with very few problems. A few people have made it known that they didn't
want to be photographed so I've respected their wishes and moved on.

With the exception of France, which has crazy privacy laws, I have never
heard of a successful court case where a private individual succeeded
against photography in a public place in any country. Does anyone know
