I think an M6 would suit me fine, but I can't justify the expense at present. I'm wondering if a screw-mount Leica would be usable. I saw one today (I can't remember the model, but I think it was a II or III of some sort! - and don't ask me what lens it had!). I haven't a clue about the history and heritage of these cameras, but would like to know if they're worth looking into. I would be shooting mainly landscapes etc on slide film, (thinking about some stock shots), and would probably use a tripod for most serious shots.
