Depends.  If you use Microsoft Outlook, you very well might be.  It's the
only email program I know of that will infect you without your doing
anything.  Among a multitude of other reasons, this should be cause for
sensible people not to use Outlook.

Save a copy of the message header.  That's the only way of telling for sure
who the infected party is.  The "from" address is easily changed.
