I called Adorama, who told me that I passed the brief return period (they start counting days from the day you order it, not the day you get it. It took over a week to deliver the printer to me, Epson futzed with me for a week, so my return period was over. I finally took it to a local electronics servicing firm doing Epson work, they sent it back to Epson, and Epson sent me a factory refurbished printer.
