You can find stamp pad ink which will work on gloss surfaces. 
They have their own problems. Dry the pad very quickly, etc. Bu
they are available. If you have a stamp specialist in your area
they can help. Or a really good office supply firm. Are there any
of those left? Or have Office Max and Depot taken over?
