If you run a nozzle check and have no flaws you have real problems. But if
you have a blocked print head, run the cleaning program several times, it
intensifies each time you run it. If that doesn't work, push the cartridge
changing button to move the print head over, after it starts to move
unplug the unit (this will keep the print head from locking in the closed
position). Fold some paper towel and put it on the area where the print
head passes, spray windex on the towel and manually move the print head
over the towel several times, then preform a nozzle check. Learned this
one from Jon Cone.
