Subject: [Leica] Trouble with loading M-6 (and Voigtlander Ultron 28 MM)

I was doing a photo shooting, and after taking a
sequence of photos, I noticed to my horror that the
film had not loaded properly. I tried to redo,
but of course, did not feel like the "redone" photos
were as good as the ones I lost.

I've had the camera 2 months, and have had this
problem in 1 other shoot.

The question: Is loading these cameras always
hard, and do you just have to be careful, or is
there a "trick" I am missing. I never had this
prob. with my Nikon F.

Do you just have to stop shooting for 3 minutes and
audit the advancement of the film by watching
the rewind crank?????

Second topic. After getting over the sticker
shock for my new M-6 TTL, 1.4 Lux 50 mm, Neverready
case, and flash, I was looking to save some $$ on
a wide angle - after a lot of agonizing and advice
from this list, I got the 1.9 28 MM Voigtlander
from aaacamera.com and it appears to have performed
very well, with a delivered cost of about $450.
