Richard,
if you need to built a simple webpage, let me know, I can help you with
that.  I am not an expert but know quite a bit on these thing.  also you can
sign up for those free webpage space on internet and put your webpage up
there.  just do a search on yahoo on free webhosting, and go throught the
list to find the one that recenable to use.
