It was introduced in 1966. The Televit was available in both Visoflex and Reflex mounts. It was last available in 1972-3. The 400mm f/5.6 and its mate the 560mm f/5.6 were the basis for the later 400mm f/6.8 and 560mm f/6.8 Telyts. They are excellent performers, I've had both lenses for many many years.
