This is the sort of situation where fill flash and ttl flash excel -
unfortunately the M6 doesn't do this very well at all - the M7 may... but
who knows how adaptable the custom multi-strobe flash will be (really needs
a head on it with lots of movements).

Trying to photograph a 10 month old who can travel at high speed on his
hands and knees and never stops moving for anything, indoors, unless I shoot
very high speed film, the M isn't much use - it's Nikon + SB27 all the way.

And I doubt a Nocti would help much in this situation (much as I'd love
one), at f1 the depth of field would be far too narrow for the speed my
little nipper moves around...

Lets put it this way - this type of shooting is ideal country for a higher
end point and shoot. Julia gets excellent results with here Olympus Stylus
zoom and it's great little flash...

Leica's don't work well in every situation you know (try taking a nice frame
filling head shot of a 2 week old with a standard 50 or 35mm 'Cron - you
can't focus close enough...)
