I ordered some books from Leica Gallery (from a LUG fs posting) and had one
on back order that he was going to wait for before shipping the whole order.
Two months later I emailed him to find what was up and he said that it was
too much hassle to deal with Canada!!?? If he will not deal with Canada, I
hardly think that he would deal with DownUnder...and maybe not even
California.
