I had a similar experience - with a LUG member .

I allowed him to wire the payment for a sale directly to my bank. Unbeknown
to me, my bank charged me $35 to receive the transfer. I sent him the
merchandise on his promise to remit the difference. I never heard from him
again.
Recently, again with a LUG member, it cost an extra $15 for a transfer but
this time the buyer graciously offered to send me the difference. I declined
based on the fact that honesty and integrity is more important to me than
the money.

Therefore Karina, it is a matter of paying for the lesson. It costs money to
wire money and the seller cannot absorb the cost.
