It may be pulsed so rapidly that the output seems to be continuous, ands therefore the overlap issue is negated.....one more pulse here or there is unmimportant ... Frank Filippone red735i@earthlink.net My impression is that the tube is pulsed with a contolled amount of power, rather than just dumping the powersupply capacitors.
