I am aware that "dealers" often put up items with no intention to sell, and that a SHILL bids on it or bids it up to a very high price. This is done several times over time to "establish" the market price for the item so the unknowing will then buy it at the very inflated price. I know it is done with cameras, I know it is done at several "big name" auto auctions. 2. More than a few camera stores are marketing nationwide, or worldwide, on auction sites because they can sometimes get higher prices in an area where the item(s) is scarce. 3. I have bought a used book from xxxx and also from Amazon.com because they were simply not available here. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Try FREE Yahoo!
