My only "conflict" is that the split image circles act like center field blindness with the 400mm f6.8 and, if I remember correctly, weren't so great with the 180 f3.4. I thought the central prism circle would be a reasonable compromise. What the heck. I already own two R8 focusing screens. Why not buy a third?
