I understand that you can modify the M2 film advance mechanism to take a 
M4-2/P/M6 winder or rapidwinder.

What is involved ? Is this an easy modification for a Leica repair-tech, 
or does it require a complete tear-down and hours of labour ?

Any idea of what the modification would cost - i.e more / less than a 
CLA ?

Anyone of the list ever had this done ?
