Subject: [Leica] Removing lens coating

Does anyone know what acid or solvent would strip the coating
off a lens? I've tried heat, clorox, ammonia and dishwashing liquid
but nothing works. I'm not sure what kind of coating this is but the
fungus did.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Javier
