In more than 25 years of using Leicas, only one person recognized the 
camera I was using.

September 1999, downtown near the railroad depot, Newton, Kansas--a 
gentleman approached me and asked about my M5. We visited. He was a retired 
California photographer who had used Leicas. He was back in Newton for his 
high school class reunion.
