This reminds me of the story of the old country fellow that shot a crow that
had been tagged by the Washington Biological Survey. The tag, with a return
address, because of the small size was abbreviated to "Wash. Biol. Surv."
The old fellow was pretty distrustful of the 'Gummint" to begin with, but
his opinion was not enhanced at all by his experience- he replied to address
on the tag, and wrote that he had followed the directions exactly- He had
washed it, he had boiled it, and then he had served it--- and it was
terrible!
