It probably depends on where you live.  If you live in the USA it means the 
film has gone around the world only once for the grey market.  This means 
it has been handled a lot.  If you live in Europe, it will go around the 
world twice.  Once from Kodak to the off shore distributor and then back to 
B&H before once again it goes to you across the Atlantic.

The American film probably goes direct from Kodak to B&H, since they would 
probably buy it in sufficient quantities.
