And to illustrate the type of prices that Leica users have to pay in Paris.
I went to buy a new lens hood today.

The dealer had one new and one used. The new one cost 80€, the used one 45€.
I bought the used one! 80€ for a piece of plastic that must cost next to
nothing to manufacture!
