I don't think so.  Cosina aimed to increase the collectibility of the 101
Heliar set by only selling the 50/3.5 in the Anniversary Set.

It would seem unlikely Cosina will reverse that stance  to sell the 50/3.5  by
itself, though anything is possible.

Compared to new Leica lens prices, the 101 set is like buying a lens and
getting the body and finder  for free.  The lenses do make it to other
bodies.  Most 101 buyers also use the 50/3.5 on a variety of screw mount and M
bodies.
