One practical problem I have with day to day digital shooting is dust on the 
ccd. It's the digital equivalent of dust on the negative, but it's on every 
frame if it's there at all. I keep the back on a dedicated Hasselblad, and 
take it off only when necessary because it's such a PITA.

IMHO, switching from film to digital would be a dust inducing nightmare. I'd 
be happy with a dedicated body. Even switching lenses can get dust on the 
ccd, which is why mfgs. like Olympus are making all in one non 
interchangeable lens bodies.
