I have no idea if any stores around me carry it or not.  I get it from B&H
with every 4 bricks of film.  A little over $7 for the 5L version.  Even if
you *only* bought the Xtol, and the shipping doubled the price, I'd think
that would be easier than mixing your own.  Unless, of course, you want the
fun of mixing it yourself.  :)
