I have heard of photographers traveling domestically that have had problems. I went thru Indianapolis and they had a sign on the wall saying you could receive a hand inspection of your film. This may not be necessary, but you might have a couple of rolls of 3200 Tmax in with your film. You can then point out the "high speed" film. Some photographers have an official looking card in with their film that says (something like) "push film to 3000 ASA". I travel with a lot of Tmax3200 so I always have it anyway. Put it all in a gallon size zip lock bag so it's easily seen. M6 and lenses are just fine after X-rays, which would (theoretically) only effect film. [When my four-year-old was a baby he had to have an full MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). That's a big magnet. I was told it wouldn't be a good idea to take the Leica in while they ran the MRI. That can damage the camera.] BTW, I have had my Tmax3200 scanned (up to three times) and have seen no ill effects.
