Subject: [Leica] newbie question

I tripped into Leica photography out of jealous angst over my brother's M6.
He emailed me a shot of his brand-spanking new one, I drooled and had to get
one for myself.

Now that's been almost a year ago (praise be that I joined the ranks...no
matter the method or madness) and I have no idea what magnification my M6
is. I know on some there is a little engraving on the viewfinder window that
says but mine doesn't have that.

Can someone enlighten me how I find out? I have not seen it in the manual.

Thanks (and don't laugh too hard at me, please)
