Week 5 is up. i'm back on the streets again. i choose to make the thumbnail
a tiny portion of the original so please don't judge until you click on the
link.Critiscism is always welcome contructive and otherwise, on or off list.
I like the suspicious look she's giving the camera and though it's not the
focus of the picture little things like that make my day when i'm looking at
the contacts sheets. On a technical note tri-x in xtol 1:3 scanned on my
wonderful polaroid 4000 using vuescan(the best scanner software I've used).
I used to use non-solvent developers and once i even used pmk pyro for 100
rolls of 35mm just for kicks! I decided to try xtol after reading everyone's
post and i really like it. In the film developing cookbook they talk about
xtol taking on the properties of a non solvent developer at 1:3 and higher
dilutions.-daniel mcclenaghan
